Visit to the Pumpkin Patch

A beautiful fall day so we made plans to visit the pumpkin patch! Only problem was that Hannah Dean had a fever and it was cool outside so I stayed home with her and Daddy took Maddy. Their trip involved a hay ride, petting zoo and of course the pumpkin patch. This was the real deal. Not just a field with pumpkins laying around but they actually had to "pick" the pumpkin off the vine. I think Matt said that it took Maddy about 20 minutes to find just the right one! Fun time had by all and then the next day some master carving took place in our garage.
